We believe that our clients should have a complete vision of how we do our work. Below is a detailed explanation of the process stages you can expect. Here’s a look at how we go about our work from start to finish.
We follow a step by step process which we have followed and adhered to over the last 15 years which allow us to deliver excellence.
INITIAL CONTACT
We like to get to know our customers so we invite you down to our contemporary offices based along the A40 for ease of convenience , with ample parking, we will show you previous projects discuss at length your project.
SITE VISIT
Our experienced manager will visit your site to gain an understanding of the project, your requirements potential and its feasibility.
PLANNING /DRAWING /BUILDING CONTROL
If required we can provide a full in house service in this matter (most clients already have planning in place) we also liaise with your architects as part of the process of build.
DRAFT QUOTATION
After our initial consultation and discussions you will receive, within a week, a free no obligation fixed price quotation will be sent to you.
ROUND TABLE MEETING
Key to good project management. To discuss the path forward and fine tune the job and cost.
FORMAL CONTRACT OF WORK
Once you are happy and you want to place an order, written contract will be drawn up for your project which will explain responsibility of both parties and set out payment schedule, a deposit will be taken.
TIMING PLAN & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
We will draw up a timing plan for the work to commence in and around the time of suitability of the client
LANDSCAPING
One of the key features of a home are its gardens. Over the past 5 years we felt we need to offer this service as it goes hand it hand with build works to your home
BUILD WORK INCLUDING VARIATIONS
During the course of construction works. A director of the company acts as a project manager and makes regular visit to the site to monitor progress, safety, cleanliness, adherence to building regulations and quality control.
We understand that most of our customers need to be living in their home while the work is happening. We carry out the works in the way to cause minimal disruptions.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We feel that in today’s market we need to go that extra mile. Hence we offer a full interior design service to allow you to visualise the end product.
